The villa is rented only as a whole, so the house, the garden and the wellness area are reserved exclusively for your group. We welcome up to 20 guests.

There are 6 bedrooms: 4 Harmony rooms (double bed or two single beds, extra bed possible) and 2 junior suites (double bed and a sofa bed for two). Extra beds and cots are available on request.

Yes, all 6 bedrooms have their own bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet in the common area.

Check-in is between 2 pm and 8 pm, check-out between 10 am and 12 noon. Early arrival (from 11 am) or late departure (until 2 pm) is available on request, subject to availability, for HUF 30,000.

Yes, we welcome house-trained dogs up to 12 kg with a valid vaccination certificate, for a surcharge of HUF 9,000 per dog per night. We do not accept cats, and dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

There are no steps indoors, and the corridors and doors are wide, so every room is wheelchair-accessible. The bathrooms have no special grab bars or safety equipment.

For direct bookings, the amount and payment method of the deposit are stated in our offer and payable at the time of booking. For Booking.com reservations the deposit is EUR 140, payable in cash on arrival and refunded on departure.

The villa has central ceiling cooling and heating with room-by-room ventilation and a central hot water system. All rooms are air-conditioned in summer. The system cannot be adjusted manually, but the caretaker can set a lower or higher level to suit your group.

The coffee machine takes Nespresso-compatible capsules; capsules are not provided.
